ABOUT THE LOCATION

Apollo Beach, Florida, is a waterfront community along Tampa Bay known for its planned residential development, extensive canal systems, and access to coastal recreation. Developed largely in the mid-20th century, the area features a mix of suburban neighborhoods, marinas, and conservation lands, reflecting a balance between growth and environmental preservation. Its location near major highways and the metropolitan hub of Tampa makes it a convenient residential base while maintaining a quieter, coastal character.

Tampa, Florida, is a major west coast city and the economic and cultural hub of the Tampa Bay region. Originally a 19th-century military outpost and port, it has grown into a diverse urban center with strong finance, healthcare, tourism, and shipping industries. Its large port supports regional commerce, while a mix of historic areas, modern development, and expanding suburbs reflects ongoing growth and revitalization.
