The Worship Pastor is responsible for leading the church family to worship in spirit and truth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a setting committed to reaching the unreached with a high degree of creativity, passion and desire to make disciples who worship God.

As Campus Pastor of Highpoint’s largest campus, you will be at the forefront of advancing the mission and championing a vibrant culture across all campuses. The successful candidate will be a ministry catalyst, strong leader and will teach at weekend services 8-12 times per year.

The Lead Worship Pastor will provide organizational leadership over all worship experiences, across all BRAVE campuses, and foster an environment where congregants are encouraged to worship God in Spirit and Truth. This role is responsible for developing and guarding the spiritual culture and character of the worship ministry.
