ABOUT THE ROLE
The Campus Pastor / Campus Planter will lead the launch and growth of Bell Shoals’ new Parrish campus, serving as its primary spiritual, visionary, and operational leader. This is a unique opportunity for a gifted pastor to preach, build teams, make disciples, and help shape a thriving new campus community.

The Campus Pastor is expected to:
Demonstrate excellence, servant leadership, humility, and teamwork,
Lead with evangelistic passion aligned with the Great Commission,
Promote unity across campuses, and
Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Spiritual Leadership & Preaching
Serve as the primary preacher/teacher of the campus.
Champion prayer and discipleship.
Provide pastoral care.
Campus Launch & Growth
Recruit and lead the launch team.
Execute launch strategy.
Engage the local community.
Staff & Leadership Development
Recruit and develop staff and volunteers.
Build a leadership pipeline.
Weekend Experience & Operations
Oversee Sunday services and all ministries.
Implement Life Groups, Connections Ministries, and Discipleship Pathway.
Ensure staffing and excellence.
Community Engagement
Build local relationships.
Lead outreach initiatives.
Multi-Site Collaboration
Participate in leadership meetings.
Align with church-wide strategy.

The Campus Pastor is expected to:
Maintain biblically grounded life priorities: Jesus Christ first; spouse second; children third; grandchildren fourth; ministry fifth.
Demonstrate loyalty to the vision, leadership, and staff of Bell Shoals Church, actively protecting and promoting unity.
Consistently pursue personal evangelism and invite others to engage with Bell Shoals Church.
Give faithfully and sacrificially to the ministry of Bell Shoals Church.
Continually develop communication skills and message preparation.
Grow in confidence and effectiveness in leading and developing adult volunteers.
