With a weekend attendance of over 3,000 and a strong multi-campus vision, Mission continues to see extraordinary momentum in “The 10”—the ten surrounding cities they intentionally seek to serve. The church has recently completed a new worship center and is now running three weekend services that are consistently full and filled with energy, expectancy, and life change. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead Worship Pastor leads and develops worship experiences that are Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and culturally accessible. This leader ensures musical and creative excellence across all campuses and ministries, fosters a culture of authentic worship, and equips worship leaders, musicians, and production volunteers to carry out the mission of the church.

Worship Leadership & Oversight
• Plan and lead weekly worship services in partnership with the teaching pastor and execute with Worship & Production Coordinators.
• Lead worship at the broadcast campus; oversee worship leaders at additional campuses.
• Ensure theological alignment, artistic excellence, and spiritual vitality in all worship environments.Team Development & Discipleship
• Recruit, train, and shepherd worship team volunteers (musicians, vocalists, leaders).
• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to volunteers and staff.
• Develop a volunteer leadership pipeline through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training environments fit for their level of talent.Creative Collaboration
• Partner with the Teaching Pastor and Creative Team in service design, integrating music, media, and pastoral elements to create impactful experiences.
• Assist with seasonal services (Easter, Christmas, Growth Track Worship) and special events.Administrative & Strategic Planning
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and resources for the worship ministry.
• Evaluate and improve worship systems, tools, and processes across campuses.
• Maintain consistency and contextualization of worship culture across sites. -
• Direct Reports: Full-time Worship and Production Coordinators, volunteer worship leaders, worship interns, and worship/production volunteers.
• Collaborates With: Teaching Pastor, Growth Track Director, Worship & Production Team.

• Salary Range - $90,000 to $100,000

5+ years of worship leadership in a large, multi-service or multi-site church setting preferred.
Demonstrated experience overseeing staff/volunteers, building teams, managing systems, and stewarding a high-capacity ministry.
CREDENTIALS
A leader, manager, and shepherd capable of building systems, developing leaders, and overseeing excellence across campuses.
Strong platform presence, musical ability, and theological discernment; able to coach worship leaders, optimize rehearsals, and foster unity.
Ability to arrange music and familiarity with Planning Center, Multitracks, Ableton, ProPresenter and other worship tech tools.
