RUKES GROUP PROCESS

Phase 1 - EVALUATION

We meet in-person with you to understand the position and culture, create an Alignment Profile, and finalize the search process with your leaders.

Phase 2 - EXPLORATION

We proactively source candidates through our database, relationships, and Alliance Partners Networks, then screen, interview, and assess high potential candidates.

Phase 3 - EXAMINATION

We present high potential candidates with Candidate Profiles, assessments, and supporting information, while guiding your interview process and conducting reference checks.

Phase 4 - EXECUTION

We facilitate mutual discernment between the client and final candidates, support the hiring decision and necessary background checks, and guide the hiring and onboarding process.
