ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead Pastor will have a deeply personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, responding to the leading of the Holy Spirit and praying for the church and ministry. The Lead Pastor works under the leadership of the Senior and Executive pastors and in collaboration with our executive leaders to build and guide our Fearless Family of churches toward our mission and vision. Specifically for Third Coast, the Lead Pastor serves by providing spiritual direction, compelling vision-casting, effective leadership, powerful biblical teaching, and pastoral shepherding. The Lead Pastor should have a love for our community and a passion for evangelism. We believe that the job of any pastor, male or female, is to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11).
